Level
Level is a music and technology site focused on building community and tools for the next generation of musicians. I was responsible for internal site pages in both art direction and design work.

Design Story #5
More color addition was suggested and color exploration using brand color palette began and determined.
Also, a display style when there's no data available was explored.

Design Story #6
User testing gave a new insight that users were confused about colors not matching the logo colors of distributing music companies in "Top Platform Activity" module. Their logo colors are now implemented in this step, along with addition of "Audience Demographic" module at top.

Analytics
Analytics page is where user can see up to date worldwide streams and revenue data of their albums and tracks.
Final Design

UX

The product owner and creative director were much happier with this result but pointed out that colors looked too washed out.
Design Story #4
I used brighter color this time still maintaining limited color palette. The product owner and creative director definitely thought that we were heading in the right direction.

Design Story #1
At the first stage for analytics page, I tried to make its style fun and young since site was targeted to young musicians. It was before the site branding was determined so global nav area was left out to stay in the wireframe mode while I had all the freedom to explore the branding and content of analytics page.

But it didn't go well with the product owner so I had to change the design direction to make page look cleaner and easier to read with a modern look.
Design Story #2

For the second stage of comp, I used white background throughout and used limited number of subtle colors to make them look more formal. Google material design was used for interactive elements.

Content was improvised that changed the layout.
